This is my first time blogging, and I have no idea what to talk about so I will list the quilting projects I want to get done this weekend.
1) finish designing the quilted carrying case for my netbook. small and large versions. and get it pieced and maybe even quilted. we are looking at a finished size of 8X12x1.5ish for the small. and 11X14ishx3ish. I have it pictured in my head how it will look now I just have to make it happen.
2) finish quilting version 2 and version 3 of my flower fairy quilted tote bag. I love Micahel Miller Flower fairies. Version 1 came out nearly perfect and my daughter decided it was hers. I think it is very floppy and a bit bigger than I like. so v2 is a smaller version of V1 that has layer of medium interfacing on either side of the batting. (this one is supposed to be for my tiny assistant, version 1while she loves it cause she can fill it with toys drags on the ground as she carries it). V3 is going to be about the same size as v1 but I am going to change handles just a bit to make it I think a bit more rugged.
